YouTrack is a bug and issue tracking web application developed by JetBrains.
Launched under code name "Charisma" in 2008, YouTrack has been developed with two goals in mind:
- Provide a keyboard-centric issue tracking system that allows quick issue reporting, handling, and resolving.
- Showcase practical application development using JetBrains MPS.
YouTrack is an issue tracking system in a sense that it supports feature requests, task entries, and other issue types in addition to bug reports. However, it neither provides knowledge base functionality nor provides custom workflow design required to adapt the software to requirements of support help desks or call centers.

The latest version, 1.0, was released on October 29, 2009, following several months of Early Access Program releases.
