Yahoo Directory - is it Worth it?

I have a commercial site that falls in and out of yahoo SERPS. It is not listed on the yahoo directory. Will it be worth it to pay the $299/annually?

If the target audience of your web source in the majority visits Yahoo - it is surely worth it

I think it is not worth it. No one uses yahoo search anymore... (ofcourse not :p) but the traffic from yahoo is like %0.05 of my traffic.
