You have decided to use on-page factors to improve your web rank on Yahoo. That seems logical because it is generally believed that Yahoo favors websites which have keywords in their titles, descriptions and in the actual contents and also the H tags.

But do not forget to build links too, the more relevant they are to the niche in which your website operates, the better chances of having good ranks on Yahoo.

I personally go for optimization as a whole and happen to rank well in all big three (G, Yahoo and Bing).
Contain your keyword in Title
Contain your keyword in H1 tag
Contain related (or LSI) keyword in H2
Make sure your article is informative, unique, full of details (basically long - its proven that longer articles rank better in search 1000 - 3000 words is best)
When using images make sure you do not repeat main keyword in alt, title, file name and caption. Use related keywords and LSI keywords instead.

If Web page contain less content or content without keyword density than should i put main keywords in alt tag.
And also let me know how to check Bing cache.
Please share your id for chat if you don't mind.

Thanks
