I buy PR2+ websites (and I pay cash)

Hey guys:

I'm still brand new to this forum, so thought I'd introduce myself and also let you guys know that I buy websites of all kinds (blogs, niche sites, whatever) - even if they aren't making money - that have a Google Page Rank of 2 or more.

I prefer PR3+, but I will consider PR2.

I am most interested in purchasing sites in the health, relationship and how to make money niches - but I will consider any niche.

If your site is making money, I'm more than happy to pay a sensible multiple of monthly earnings, and give you a fair price. If your site isn't banking anything, I'd love to work out a deal with you that will make us both smile. I'm not out to short change anyone or steal your site or anything like that.
