I am running an online store selling Machine Embroidery Designs (Virtual Downloadable product) online since 2011. It has

1. 9 Year of Experience
2. Selling worldwide in more than 80 countries which also includes
3. 6000 downloadable designs ( with an average price of 5 dollars)
4. More than 50,000 page views per month ( 70 percent page views are from the Western Countries)
5. More than 11,000 customers
6. Includes Forum with more than 1000 posts and 500 members
7. Golden Email List with 4000 active subscribers.
8. Youtube Channel with 3000 subscribers

I am a little bit of concern with my business value in the future.

If anyone can help me then please let me know, if I want to sell my business ( Domain+Social Media Accounts+Forum and Store) then what will be the estimated minimum amount for this business as on date.

I am asking this because I am running this store assuming this will provide me a huge capital at my retirement age. My current age is 30 years, I am planning to run this business for till 60 years and then I will sell it.

Please let me know how to sell such kind of business and what will be the minimum price of this business.
