Automatically monitor page positions on Google

We have just spent many hours creating and publishing unique and usefull acticles on our website. This has been done to apease Google.
Are there any tools that we could use to automatically track the page position on Google for each of these pages in order that we can see what effect our work has had?

Hi!
In google webmaster panel there is a search analytics (under Search traffic).
It won't show you exact pages, but it shows keywords corresponding to which your content appeared in search results.
It also shows position and click rate and has some other useful filters.
