I want to know that, how many website should Post single article. We i post an article more then 25 website, so is there may be issue of content duplicacy.

Yes it will a duplicate issue if you post the same article in numerous websites. It will harm your keywords and will restrict them from ranking higher in search engines. The process is known as black hat technique to promote your keywords in search engines.

You should post only one post per website! If you want to post it in numerous websites, spin and modify it before posting. However, Google also hate it. In the white-hat SEO, your content has to be unique exactly 100%. I think that you should invest time to create new post for each site. It seems to take you so many time but in the long-term you will get a better result for SEO

How do you post one article on more than 25 websites? According to guest blogging and quality article submission guidelines, you can't publish one article on more than one website. If you submit one quality article to a site for quality backlinks, then you can no more  submit the same article to another website for backlinks.

You can post the content on only one site at a time.
If you post that on more than one site then it would be treated as plagiarism.

10 articles are good enough to start a content site with. You can start doing SEO and link building, getting traffic to the site, and all that. You can then add more articles as the site grows.
