Dear Friends

Can we add different meta tags on static website if yes then please tell me how's we can add this without developer can we add it via FTP  :)

I am not getting your question....You have to add meta tags in your all pages of your site or you are talking about home page....

Yes you can add.
Are you using cms like wordpress or joomla, or blogger? something like that?
Find the header section of your page then add your meta tages inside the <head></head> tag.
