I need your help regarding subdomains

Hello everyone! Recently, when I was doing a new website, the response under the main domain name was normal, but the details page under the subdomain was always difficult to be indexed by Google. Would you give me some suggestions?

Make a sitemap and submit it. Let us know if you have already done sitemap submission. and also share other activities/action performed to get it indexed. so that we can suggest other activities.

Yes, I have created a sitemap and Google has found the page, but it has not been indexed. I checked it with the Google Admin tool and I didn't prompt any errors. How should I do?
