Adwords many clicks but no contact. Why?

Hello,
I started on behalf of my customer an Adwords campaign of text ads. I set it so the ads appeared on the first page. Ads have received a good number of clicks (about 1000 click), had good quality, were connected to keywords generic (modified) relating both to the announcement that the landing page. The ads were intended to contact the visitors to the photographer that displayed offers or packages for weddings. The Landing page landing had the characteristics of the price (low), and the call to action to contact.
Result of the fable 0 contacts received. What is it that may not have worked?
