Kindly suggest on the below errors.

We have added rel="Publisher" tag. Still the error 'Your website is missing a rel="Publisher" tag for linking to your Google+ Page.' appears

We have added google+ page and twitter page. Links: https://plus.google.com/+eFACiLiTY , https://twitter.com/efacilityin. But against SEO-google+ page 'not found error appears. Also against twitter some other page is linked.
