To create a sitemap for a website with 80,000 pages, there are several free tools and methods you can use. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Use a Sitemap Generator Tool: There are many online tools available that can automatically generate a sitemap for your website. Some popular options include XML-Sitemaps.com and Screaming Frog SEO Spider (which has a free version).

2. Submit Sitemap to Google Search Console: Once you have generated the sitemap file, you need to submit it to Google Search Console. This helps search engines discover and crawl all your website pages efficiently.

3. Split the Sitemap into Multiple Files (Optional): Due to the large number of pages, it may be necessary to split the sitemap into multiple files. This can help ensure that search engines can process the sitemap effectively.

4. Prioritize Important Pages: Consider prioritizing important pages by adding priority tags in the sitemap. This provides search engines with an indication of the relative importance of each page on your site.

5. Regularly Update the Sitemap: As your website grows or changes, make sure to update the sitemap accordingly. This will ensure search engines have the most up-to-date information about your website's structure.

6. Use a Content Management System (CMS): If your website is built using a CMS like WordPress or Joomla, you can use plugins or extensions specifically designed to generate and manage sitemaps. These tools often have features that automatically update the sitemap whenever you add or remove pages from your site.

7. Optimize Sitemap Indexing: If you decide to split your sitemap into multiple files, create a sitemap index file. This index file will act as a directory, listing all the individual sitemap files. Submitting the sitemap index to search engines ensures that all individual sitemaps within it are discovered and crawled.

8. Crawlability and Accessibility: Ensure that each page of your website is accessible through internal linking. Include links to major sections and sub-sections of your website in the sitemap to improve crawlability. This helps search engine crawlers navigate your website and discover all its pages.

9. Consider Mobile Devices: Make sure your website is mobile-friendly and optimized for mobile devices. Mobile responsiveness is essential, as search engines prioritize mobile-friendly websites in their rankings. Your sitemap should include URLs specific to mobile versions of your site (if applicable).

10. Validate Your Sitemap: After creating and updating your sitemap, it's important to validate it using online XML sitemap validators. This ensures the sitemap structure is correct and helps identify any potential errors that might impact search engine crawling and indexing.

This is very simple ! You can visit on http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ for creating Sitemap generator & It will help you.

It's not an very easy task as you think if you don't have the code knowledge but if you have the wordpress then you can use available plugins for that.

But manual CMS you need to build a little bit complex script to Paginate your sitemap with not more than 50,000 url because it's the maximum size my opnion keep it less than 10,000 per page.

After that you need to write .htaccess for that created sitemap to .xml extension this is the possible way i know. Hope it's helps.

Hi you can use xml-sitemaps.com, but it has a limitation of 500 pages only. also you have mention that your website has 80,000 pages. its my recommendation to add only useful pages and avoid duplicate pages for better search engine indexing.

hi, you don't use auto sitemap maker coz they provide only for 500 pages at a mean time, but you have so many pages to make, so it better you should make it manually or half of them you can use .htaccess to redirect.

It is difficult to create sitemap for 80,000 pages. But you can take 1,000 page sitemap & submit it to Google. After 1 week Google will crawl your submitted 1,000 pages & will start to automatically crawl the remaining pages. By doing so after a gap of 1 month all your pages will be successfully be crawled. You can check from any tool that How many pages of your website are crawled or indexed. :)
