I eat almost everything. I like different healthy food. Therefore, at the campsite I eat everything the same as at home.

To be honest I don't camp very often. However when I go north every once in awhile I do enjoy having some hotdogs and brats. The reason why is because they are easy to bring along on a camping trip and cooking them is quick because all you have to do is put them on the fire.

I always loved to eat seafood. The Taste Fish curry Recipe is almost the same for every fish, other than Fish curry try squids, prawns, and shell fish.

I like to prepare various protein bars for myself, because in the mountains you need a lot of strength to climb, now I am on a carbohydrate-free diet and I want to try this recipe of low-carb snack bars with a spicy kick of habanero:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened nut butter (e.g., almond butter or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 habanero pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped (adjust amount to your spice preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
