Loosing backlinks , Please help

I see that my website is losing backlinks continuously as per ahrefs data. How do I stop this... is the reason why my ranking is not stable

For industry websites, like cryptocurrency does it matter for the date to be recent to rank as the one here : https://www.cryptonewsz.com/forecast/bittorrent-price-prediction/

I see that the date only changes not the content at all .. please can anybody help me in understanding ??
