If you are talking about using the like button in blogger then you have to copy the code provided by the Facebook. But if you are talking about creating blog like Facebook page then sorry I don't have any idea on this. By the way why you need such type of blog?

You can just grab it from Facebook you know. It's just copy and paste.

Search on google for FB like widget, you will get link which creates like button widget, add your official page link there and get code according to size you want for your blog. & add that code to blog.
