First, i want to more traffic from Australia. It should be show in google.com.au.

You can do two things :
1. Make changed in GWT and set International targeting to India and Australia.
2. Do submissions in Australia based websites, Also submit your business on B2B sites of both countries. Also, make a separate page of the services you are offering in Australia.

Oh, it will be the same as for new website. Australian directories, sites that will host reviews for your products or your guest posts. Bu the way, don't forget to make special "Australian" pages, i.e. maybe about delivery or office if you have one, or that Australian customers could call tall free number for support. When these is done, run some giveaways.
