[HELP] Custom Domian for Blogger

I have created a blogger and redirected it to my custom domain already, but here whats the problem is, custom domain is working for only www protocol.

i.e, if i open as www.mydomain.com the the website is working, if i open as mydomain.com its redirecting to registrar page (godaddy),

i am losing the customers from search engines......please help me to fix this issue.
